This is not a unit for sale but a repair service for your own dead unit due to battery failure.
Once you have purchased our service then you need to post your Exogen to us. Please only send the unit without any accessories and use 'Signed For' delivery.
Your unit will have 5 x new high quality Lithium Thionyl Chloride batteries replaced and standby battery if required. We will also reprogram the unit which will give the maximum life possible with the usage count reset to 1.
When we have done the repairs we will fully test it and usually send it back within 3 working days.
Your unit will be returned using Royal Mail Next Day delivery.
